Nisky Insurance Agency (hereinafter: "the Agency") sees great importance in providing equal and accessible service to the entire public, including people with disabilities. We work to make our website accessible in accordance with the Equal Rights for People with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, the Equal Rights for People with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments to Service), 5773-2013, and in accordance with the guidelines of the Israeli Standard T.I. 5568 Part 1 (based on the international standard WCAG 2.0), at a level of AA compatibility.

 

Website accessibility information

The site was designed and built with reference to accessibility principles, including:

 

  • Alternative text (alt) for images and graphic icons

  • Option to navigate the site using the keyboard only - pressing the Tab key moves to the next focus (link, button, or form field), Shift+Tab moves to the previous focus, and Enter activates the selected element.

  • An organized heading hierarchy (H1, H2, H3) that allows for easy navigation

  • Color contrast between text and background according to the standard

  • Clear labels for form fields on the website (contact form)

  • Possibility to enlarge text without affecting the website display

  • Consistent and uniform structure between the website pages

 

The site was adapted for accessibility by using components from the Wix Accessibility wizard, which adapts the site structure to be accessible, along with the UserWay Accessibility GK plugin, which allows you to perform various actions on the site's visibility, such as enlarging text, changing contrast, highlighting links, adapting to dyslexia, and more. The menu can be activated by clicking on the accessibility icon or using the keyboard.

 

Browsers and technology support

The site has been tested and optimized for proper display in the most common browsers: Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox, in their latest versions, as well as for display on mobile devices (smartphone and tablet).

 

Known accessibility limitations

It is possible that on some pages of the site, users will encounter components that are not yet fully accessible, in particular content coming from third parties (such as insurance company logos, external links to insurance company websites or to an external payment page). We are working continuously to improve the accessibility of the site and reduce these gaps.
