1.1 The Website is operated by Nisky Insurance Agency, holder of insurance agent license number 115003, supervised by the Capital Market, Insurance and Savings Authority (hereinafter: "the Agency" or "we").
1.2 These Terms of Use are phrased in the masculine form for convenience only, and apply equally to all genders.
1.3 The Website is intended for users aged 18 and over. If you are a minor, please use the Website in the company of a parent or guardian.
2. The nature of the service on the Website
2.1 The Website provides general information about insurance products (car, home, life, health and more), and allows you to make contact in order to obtain an insurance quote.
2.2 Important clarification: the information, examples and prices presented on the Website are general and informational only, and do not constitute a binding offer, personal insurance advice, or a substitute for an actual insurance policy. A final insurance offer, its terms and its rates will be determined solely with the relevant insurance company and subject to underwriting and to the actual policy terms.
2.3 Sending details through the contact form does not constitute the purchase of insurance or a contractual engagement, but rather an initial inquiry to obtain information and a quotation.
2.4 We do our best to ensure that the information on the Website is accurate and up to date, but we are not responsible for errors, inaccuracies or omissions in the Website's content, and this does not derogate from your right to receive full and binding information directly from the insurance company.
3. Referral to external pages and services
3.1 The Website may direct you to pages or services operated by third parties that are not owned or controlled by us, including (but not limited to): an online payment page for the purchase of overseas travel insurance, and insurance company websites.
3.2 We have no control over, or responsibility for, the content, privacy policy, data security or proper functioning of the services offered on such external websites. Use of them is subject to the terms of use and privacy policies of those websites, and we recommend reviewing them before providing details, and in particular payment details.
3.3 A link to an external website does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation or guarantee on our part as to its content or reliability.

4.1 All rights in the Website's content – including texts, design, graphics, the Agency's logo and images – belong to the Agency or to third parties who have granted us a license to use them, and are protected under copyright and intellectual property law.
4.2 Insurance company logos displayed on the Website (to the extent they are displayed) are shown with the approval of the relevant companies, and the rights in them belong to those insurance companies respectively.
4.3 The Website's content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published or used commercially in any way without prior written approval.
5. Limitation of liability
5.1 Use of the Website is at your sole responsibility. The Agency shall not bear any liability for direct or indirect damage caused as a result of use of the Website, including reliance on information presented on it, technical faults, temporary unavailability of the Website, or the actions of third parties.
